Measures the level of trust among group members where trust indicates confidence in others related to belief in their good intent, competence and capability, reliability, and perceived openness
This indicator measures the level of trust among group members. Trust is a multidimensional construct that includes: a) belief in good intent and concern of exchange partners, b) belief in their competence and capability, c) belief in their reliability, and d) belief in their perceived openness (Nahapiet & Ghoshal, 1998). Trust contributes to positive attitudes toward knowledge sharing and intention to share knowledge (Chow & Chan, 2008).
