Our Fall 2017 Meeting took place at Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs in Baltimore on October 25. With the day's theme, the intersection of monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) and knowledge management (KM), USAID shared a presentation on their MEL Framework and its relationship with KM, as well with their collaborating, learning and adapting (CLA) framework.
